I feel this comoany is very deceiving in its pricing. It says Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner on the top and, in smaller print, that I only ordered the conditioner. They also do not pay for the shopping either to get it to you or the return shipping.

I love the product but the only problem I had for three times is broken leaking all over or it’s not safe cover from inside

I use balancing shampoo and conditioner to wash and condition my hair .

I use these two products to wash and condition my hair which is not colored is strawberry blond, some gray , and very fine. With blond hair you don’t want oily shampoos and conditioners especially if it is fine. It changes the color to darker and clumpy looking. Not pretty.

They got my order wrong then refused to simply give me a refund so now I’m stuck with more shampoo than I could use in an entire year! Not real happy with GK or their products at this point. I’d recommend finding another place and company to purchase your haircare products from. And their shipping rates are ridiculously high at $8.99 a pop when they’re only one state away from me. Bad experience.
