The top broke and the box was soaked with product. I sent pictures immediately of the box and bottle and broken pieces of the top. A team is reviewing. What’s to review? Satisfy your customer quickly and problem solve the packing issue. So many opportunities for continuous improvement and delivering value and stakeholder engagement. Once this is settled,I’ll ask my stylist to recommend a new company.
