The product itself is great. However, I will NEVER order from GK again. When I received my last order everything was damaged because they do not deal with the packing of the products themselves. They reach out to either other stylists or supply stores and asks if they are willing and able to send product (I know this because I had received these requests in the past). So the person who accepted this ordered threw SEVERAL fragile bottles of volumizeher in one large box without any extra packing materials so I received broken products. I ended up having to contact my credit card company because contacting GK was getting me no where. My credit card company sent me their email responses where they proceeded to call ME a scammer. I guess they didn’t realize that I had my own emails and receipts. If you decide to place an order with this company, just remember to keep any interactions with them through email and saved those emails.
